I really need to know if a Caution I received just over a month ago will effect my application for a tourism visa in China. I need to know ASAP because my parents are booking my flights soon and I don't want to send my visa off and then find out I can't go because I have a caution. I have done a little research and it seems if you own up to the caution and describe that it was 'out of character' and 'unnecessary' action then they are more likely to accept it rather than finding it out for themselves. Furthermore, can the Chinese embassy find out I received a caution as it doesn't come up on a CRB check? Answers and advice appreciated.

What makes you so sure?
A caution is just that, a warning

Ok. I have looked at the application and at the end it says 'anything else to declare' if I DIDN'T put that I have a caution, then they found out I did surely that would be a cause for concern?
What was the caution for?
