COST OF BRITISH PASSPORT IN FRANCE.

I am trying to open a page on - www.ukinfrance.gov.uk - 'consular fees' - 'consular fees from 05/05/10' but I cannot access the 'consular fees from 05/05/10'.
I am trying to find the cost of a Britsh Passport for a British Citizen who lives in France and wishes to purchase a new Passport.
Hard to believe but our Embassy and Consulates in France do not deal with Passport unless it is and emergency!
Passport applications are dealt a firm who charge 69 PENCE A MINUTE PLUS for information and surprisingly I cannot find an email address.
Hope someone can help.
