i have blue british travel document(passport) , do i need to get visa for going to egypt ?

Even UK passport holders require a visa to visit Egypt, unless they're only travelling to Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba or Taba for no more than 14 days. So it's almost certain that you'll require a visa. For definitive information, start here:
