Does the Turner Prize serve a useful purpose?

  • It rarely ever has any true art pieces in it and seems to exist only to shock people with the judges choice. - 6 votes

  • Yes, art needs a showcase for the most cutting edge work out there. Without it, art might become boring and that would be worse. - 2 votes

  • It is worth having, but some of the pieces of art do stretch the limits of what can be called artwork - 2 votes
