My Fiance has been in the UK for over a year on a student visa.
His finished his course and going back to Japan next week, the only problem is how can he come back to the UK? His going back to work and save money to come back.

He cant get a working visa becasuse they closed that last year. I dont want to apply for him being my fiance because then he cant work and we have to get married withing 6months.
theres a section for unmarried/same sex couples but the same sex part has thrown me as to what they mean, would that apply to us couples who want to live together but not marry yet?

He can apply for a youth mobility scheme which means he can live and work in the uk for 2 years (thats when we plan on getting married) but he'd have to apply for a visa again. it just goes round in circles.

Any help will be appreciated :)

I think your best bet would be to go for the mobility scheme then apply for the marriage visa nearer the time. Different rules apply to different countries, but I think that maybe your best option.
Speak to Citizens Advice, look them up online to find your nearest office. They will help you more.
Good luck

Thank You :) I guess I'll sort it out nearer the time, as long as he comes back in the first place.
