Where are these photos taken?

Can anyone tell me which town these photos are taken in? One is the base of a sculpture and one is a fountain - somewhere in the UK ..... Ooopss!! Seen to have includes some goble-de-gook above ... if you click on the bottom link you should see both the photos I am referring to.

too small to tell, at least for me. The fountain might just possibly be the one at Somerset House in London, but it's impossible to say for sure.
