I will be travelling to the United States on 15th September.
First port of call is New York City... then on the 19th we wil be flying to Vegas for the weekend before returning to NYC on 22nd.

We return to London on the 25th September.

Will I need to apply for a visa anytime during this trip? Thanks.

If you do you are far too late - there's usually several months waiting list to get an appointment at the Embassy.

However, subject to conditions you can get a visa waiver on arrival - just fill in the form you will be handed on the planne
.. and most important of the 'conditions' relates to convictions in the UK (or elesewhere). Even if you have convictions in the UK the US authorities are unlikely to have a record of them. So since you have no prospect of getting a visa now (if you now thought you needed one) you'll just have to fill in the I-94 visa waiver form on entry and see what happens.

I just checked out this site
http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/temp_1305.ht ml

and it seems I am eligible for a Visa Waiver Program as I have a machine readable passport.
Am I ok then?
Do I need to fill in any forms?
You should be handed all the forms on check in. You will also get some on the flight aswell. I did when I flew to Chicago in June

Ok thanks.

Also, during our ten day long trip, we will be flying domestically to Vegas for the weekend.

Is there anything I need to be prepared for?
