Haggerston is a smallish but nice park with the usual haven things (great for kids). There are lovely places nearby to visit-Berwick is a lovely historic walled town with a small market on a wednesday and saturday. Bamburgh has a great castle and beautiful beaches. Holy Island also worth a visit.
Nearby Seahouses is a harbour town that does boat rides and great fish and chips! You need a car to get around really although there is a bus stop outside the caravan park. Berwick is actually my favourite haven site-small but great position in the middle of Berwick with the best entertainment staff and right on a small but lovely beach.
Hope this helps.

Go on a trip to Cragside. The grounds are beautiful (if its a nice day!!) and I had one of the best cream teas of my life there!!
