can i get a working visa for a year with a dui conviction from 4 yrs ago

no my reading was 49 and got banned for 9 mnths..i wil check out the site thanks
If you decide to travel, just make sure you declare your conviction on the arrivals Immigration and Quarantine card you fill out on arrival.
We get Kiwis trying to sneak in here with far worse behaviour than yours mate.
Most Aussie border officers will treat you as one of the boys anyway with some dui experience but you MUST declare it or they will send you home.

great thanks so when i apply for my visa do i need to tell them aswell just incase they tell me no or do i just wait till i enter oz airport and tell them there??
I think it depends on where are you going. Each state or place has their own law regarding such matter.
