Dragon Boat Races in China

I'm travelling to China in June and have seen that the 8th June is when the Dragon Boat festival is on. Does anyone have any ideas which cities these take place as I know that traditions vary from province to province.
I can be in either Beijing or Shanghai on this date, and will arrange the trip around the festival if necessary (ie only on in one of these cities).

this year's dragon boat festival will be held in AN KANG's HAN JIANG where is in SHAN XI province at 7th june to 9th of june this year.
just becareful there is to SHAN XI in China, you need the one in south china.

there is also another one held in YUE YANG, 1st june till 8th june.
