I have a London zone 4-5 travelcard which is valid for all trains in those travel zones. Will it also valid for all London buses or are there bus zones the same as Tube zones?

Transport for London used to operate a zone system for bus travel but this was abolished when a flat fare system was introduced. (Cash customers now pay 2 per journey, for all buses, irrespective of the route or distance travelled. Oyster customers pay 99p per journey).

All Travelcards are now valid on all TfL bus services in London. However, Travelcards must include Underground Zones 3, 4 or 5 in order to be valid for travel on TramLink services.

also valid on the DLR.
