Smoking in Seattle

I'm heading to Seattle in a couple of months. Will I be able to smoke in the bars when I go out for a beer in the evening? Thanks

Having quickly scanned this article, it appears that there isn't one at the moment but there could be one on the way in July maybe. So maybe youre in luck (or not) !
