What does Europe hold the record for (Guiness World Record style) which I would be able to visit? Not the longest road, canal, railway.

Europe certainly does not seem to hold any world records for natural phenomena - whether it's longest river, highest mountain, biggest lake, etc etc, they're in some other continent. The same applies to man-made things - the tallest building has just been completed in Taiwan; the longest bridge is in Japan; Bologna often claims to have the world's oldest university, but there are other contenders in the Middle East; I found a website claiming that Portobello Road (London) is the world's largest antiques market, but I suspect that would be contested by flea markets in France or Italy, not to mention the USA. America also claims the world's biggest ball of twine (Minnesota) and biggest catsup/ketchup bottle (Illinoia).
Isn't the Greenwich dome the largest single room in the world? And I'm sure that the cathedrals of Europe must hold some records (e.g. St Peter's being the largest and Cologne being the tallest - or is it Ulm?). And I think the Eiffel Tower is the tallest iron structure in the world. Windsor Castle is the largest inhabited one in the world. There must be more...
Ladbrokes are the worlds largest bookmakers so you could po into one of their shops.
The London Eye claims to be the world's highest observation wheel. Blackpool claims to have the world's largest pleasure beach.
