Hotels in bristol

Can anyone from bristol tell me which hotels are close to the Hippodrome. I was thinking of a premier travel inn but there are about 5 in bristol. Off to the theatre and wanted to make a night of it and go clubbing after, i take it, the theatre is near the bars?

Been a while since I was there but I think Jury's inn is along the waterfront still - that's pretty close to the Hippodrome - and yes the Hippodome is near lots of clubs and bars in the city centre. You could also head up Park Street towards Whiteladies for a bit more nightlife.

Just had a look at the travels inns on the web - the one on King Street would be your best bet. The Hippodrome is on St Augustines Parade so not far at all - close to the water in two directions. Good pubs/bars around too.

Thanks for that, i think ill go for that one then. I saw there was two travel inns in the centre and wasnt sure which one. Off to see little britain so cant wait!
