Went into our local centre , more people about nearly all wearing their masks, there’s a feeling of optimism around now , was in various shops and everyone social distant from the person in front , this Government should be applauded the way they’ve handled such a terrible situation , they’ve done a tremendous job

people want to get out and about now, visit their loved ones, have a drink or a coffee in the local cafe or pub. I have already been to the pub a couple of times with friends, though outside, from monday if its bad weather one can sit in. I am glad that you got to go out Bobbi, and enjoyed your trip. now for the loosening of the rest of the rules in June.

I noticed that on the Brit Awards last night Emmie

and they had a gig of 4000 youngsters at one venue in Liverpool who were all tested for covid, you had to prove negative obviously to gain entry.

many at the Brit awards were NHS workers, being thanked for their efforts in this pandemic i believe.......

Whether or not we can ditch them I'm not sure I would want to in all situations. Certainly in shops or other close proximity places I think they will be the norm for a while yet. As for hugging - didn't do it before and won't do it now!
