We booked a Haven caravan holiday through the Daily Mail offer and it was due to start next Monday 18th. As I hadn't heard anything about a cancellation I contacted Haven. They told me that the greater part of my holiday had been paid to Daily Mail and I would have to contact them for that refund and they would then tell Haven to refund me the balance. Is anyone else in this position and if so do you have any contract details please?
