We have decided to go to Cyprus for our family holiday next year.
Does anyone know if we can get a day trip to Cairo from Cyprus?

It looks to me as if the only day trips that were available have been suspended:

You might be able to arrange it independently though. EgyptAir fly between Larnaca and Cairo, with Cyprus Airways also operating that route from 02/04/20.
