We had a freedom and a social mobility that younger people couldn't imagine nowadays. I feel sorry for young people starting out in life today.

have a day off spivey, I'm not siding with anyone, even if I was, that would not make me a quisling unless you consider the young to be the enemy. I'm just being pragmatic, in any measurable way life is better that 50 years ago. There are things I don't think are better but they are more subjective and esoteric.
