The Western Wall. Was chatting to a chap that used to pray there regularly. I asked him what he was praying for, and he said, " Peace in the middle east, but for all the good it's done, I may as well having been talking to a wall !"
Dome of the Rock. I think you have to go in the mornings. Holy Sepulchre
The Church of the Nativity.
The Way of Sorrows.
To add to what’s already been said:

The Mount of Olives
The Garden of Gethsemane
The Church of the Ascension
The Grave of Oskar Schindler, the German industrialist responsible for assisting many Jews to escape Nazi Germany.
Yad Vashem - The World Holocaust Remembrance Centre - a short journey by taxi (which are in abundance) from the Old City.

Jerusalem is a unique and fascinating place - like nowhere else on earth.
Additionally, if you have a day to spare you might like to try a dip in the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth, and with water so salty it’s impossible to swim and impossible to sink. (Take shoes if you go – the sea bed and surrounding land consists of compacted salt – very sharp on bare feet). You can also visit Masada, the mountaintop fortress on the banks of the Dead Sea, where under siege by the Romans almost 1000 Jews. committed suicide rather than capitulate. Both the Dead Sea and Masada can be done in one day but rather than drive, your hotel can arrange a day trip by coach for you.
If you do decide to go up Mount Masada make sure to wear a hat as it gets very hot. It's a great place to visit with plenty of history. Some do walk up there but the cable car is the best option. A walk around the old city with it's narrow streets is also good visiting the different quarters.
the Church of the Nativity isn't in Jerusalem.
Jno, og’s suggestion is fine. Merely a short hop.
Hello there,

Top places that you should visit while been in Jerusalem are as follows:

Old City of Jerusalem
Yad Vashem
Israel Museum
Western Wall
The Western Wall Tunnels
Mahane Yehuda Market
The Garden Tomb
City of David National Park
Church of Saint Anne
I did a private walking tour with a guide around the Old City it was really very interesting. The Yad Vashem Museum is a must visit place, the memories are with me still 20 years after my visit! Jerusalem is without doubt a fascinating place to visit whether you have religion or not! Have a great time.
