Does anyone know if you can claim off an airline if one of their flights is delayed by more than three hours. e.g. Flybe's website says that if a flight is delayed by up to 2 hours, the passenger is entitled to some refreshment vouchers, but I thought you could claim against the airline if a flight is delayed by more than 3 hours .... thanks in advance, Chox.

Thanks folks, very helpful. Interestingly, Mr. Chox's flight was delayed by 2 hours 54 minutes - they were probably just closing the plane doors a couple of minutes before that magic 3-hour delay! but thanks for the advice, will keep those links for another occasion! Cheers, Chox.
Yes, you can claim compensation if your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours. I sent a claim to https://skyrefund.com and they got me compensation from Flybe. Took them some time, apparently Flybe are still old school and send out their replies via post. :(
