Can I Sell A Flight Ticket?

Hi, I have a return flight to JFK in August with Norwegian air. I was due to go to see ELO but my relationship has ended and I will no longer be going. The ticket is not refundable. Is there anywhere I could sell the ticket, maybe a specialist website etc. Ticket cost £500 so I’m a little reluctant to just throw it away. Cheers

Looking at the Norwegian website for long haul tickets, it looks like you can change the name for £90.
