Nyc Laundry

I'll be in Brooklyn for a month with my partner and 3 year old son in an apartment without laundry facilities? What do the locals do? How pricey is it to have laundry collected etc versus taking it to the laundromat yourself?

Go to the laundry yourself and meet some neighbours for a chat. Best part of travel is meeting the locals...you learn loads and potentially make new friends.

Hi, thanks for that . It's actually a work trip for me and wanted a general idea before I go as I don't want to leave all the crappy jobs to my partner who'll be shouldering the childcare while I'm at work. I'll definitely seek some good local knowledge though.

You won't be working all the time...plenty of time for a visit to the laundry.....just saying!!!
