how do i pay for the riverboat journey (RB1) from north greenwich pier to embankment pier. can i pay for it with my debit card. or do i have to pre book on line. it mentions oyster cards etc there's no contact number for me to ring and ask. there is an email contact but they take 2 days to respond

just turn up at the pier and buy your ticket before you get on.

We always pay cash, but thats just our choice.
Walk up, pay the money, then jump on the boat.
We went to Kew gdns 2 weeks ago, had a lovely walkaround and then returned on to another boat. Was lovely.
