Does anyone know how this works? Does the Zonecard have to cover all the zones you travel through, or just your start and end zone? For example if I need a Zonecard for travelling between Largs and Glasgow by train, the train line goes in a big loop through lots of zones, but the number of zones 'as the crow flys' is much smaller.

I think its the zonez you travel through you need it for. My son travels from Cambuslang to Govan so has to cover all postcodes which you go through. Hence, £80 odd a month!
