I'm travelling to New York in the next couple of months and I am planning on taking my laptop. Can I plug my computer into a US power point or will I need an adaptor? If so, where can I buy one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need the two flat pronged adaptor. I`ve got a few of them and I got them from Poundland.

Poundland, Boots etc. Most supermarkets have them and they're very cheap.

Just be sure whatever you plug in will cope with 120v ac as we tend top use near twice that in this country.
