Duty Free At Dubai

I am flying to Perth WA & would like to know if it would be better to buy a Pandora bracelet & charms at Dubai airport duty free or the UK

Never been through Dubai, but if it's anything like Abu Dhabi the price of things were amazing, I bought Trish a gold bracelet as a surprise anniversary present and when we got back to the UK I had it valued for insurance purposes and couldn't believe what they valued it at compared to what I'd actually paid.
