Apparently Turkish Visa in now valid for 6 months. What is the procedure when returning to Turkey during the 6 months - do you go straight to Passport Control?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, just head for Passport Control.

The £10 you pay is for a Visa.

They have changed the regulations where the Visa is now valid for multiple trips of up to 90 days within a 180 day period. So if you visit 2 or more times a year within 180 days you only have to pay the £10 once. Hope this clarifies the situation.
If you haven't got a visa then the best way is to go online and apply for your visa, you can then print it off, when you get to the airport you don't have to queue at the visa desk but instead go straight to passport control with your printed visa, quick and easy. Great piece of advice ferret, thanks, just followed your link and done 4 visa's that last 90 days, should now beat the £10 queue at Antalya airport.
