Abroad or at home? Haven is good fun for a family. But I think they are only in UK

I wouldn't recommend First Choice/Thomson for holidays abroad! Thomas Cook were ok but not sure how reasonable their prices for families are.

thomson were great when i used them. reasonable prices do tend to be during school term time though. When are you considering and what sort of area?

I have always found Thomas Cook to be ok and cheaper than Thomson/First Choice. One thing I do is to look on-line and get a price then go into Thomas Cook with the holiday I want and book it there. They have always given me the cheapest price, ie the one I found on-line.
