If the link doesn't work, in brief the no. 9 to Trafalgar Square, then no. 12 to Parliament Square. If you do search yourself, use "High Street Kensington".
If you take the No 9 to Trafalgar Square it's probably not worth bothering with a connection (3, 11, 12, 24, 53, 87, 88, 159 or 453) to take you along Whitehall to Parliament Square. It's a fairly easy walk.

It's only about 15 minutes on the Tube from High Street Kensington to Westminster. If you're put off by the crowds, the trick is to go the very front (or very back) coach. You can usually get a seat, even at peak times when the people in the centre coaches are playing at sardines!

Don't Be Lazy!! Seriously go to Trafalgar Square, Walk Down Whitehall to Parliament Square, Note Cenotaph, Lifeguards in Breastplates, War Office & Statues [Monty Etc.] After the Abbey go via Boat past Statue of Boadicea to Tower [Bridge & St. Pauls en-route] Now isn't that better? Enjoy!
