I'm having a holiday this Spring in the Turkish side of Cyprus,which currency would be best for me to take? T/lira,Euro,UK/Pounds.

Many years since I went there but most things were in lira which can be got from ATM machine. However some of the bigger shops like jewellers accepted sterling.
