Crete flights AGAIN

Hi, sorry i posted a similar question earlier but this is a bit different. I need to fly out to crete to visit a friend in Malia in the next half term 26th May til 3rd of June give or take a day. Can't find any cheap flights though probably because of the timing. Do poeple know of any cheap airlines? If not alot of people have advised me to just hold out and wait for a last minute holiday to pop up for cheap much closer to the time. Pople have told me malia is very frequently in appearance on the last minute scene but i don't wanna risk not getting a flight at all. What do people suggest?

The cheapest flight looks like �174 from Bristol. Why don't you look for a self-catering package instead as these are often cheaper than a flight only - just a way of getting you there! I booked 10 nights to Crete with Excel Airways and got a really good deal but you need to book way in advance as their prices increase the closer to departure you get. Hope this helps :-)
