Anyone got any problems with Orange Broadband at the moment ?

my connection is very intermittent at the moment, loads home pages but then just freezes and wont access anything or just tottaly refuses to load any page (its showing connected)
.Its not the PC as i have a 2nd one which does exactly the same thing, had a few not very inspiring chats with the call centre who blamed ip adresses or couldnt seem to help, to be honest i have been with them for a number of years with no previous problems but this is just getting frustrating.Its not the browser as one is on on ie6 and the other ie8 also tried using Google chrome..unplugging & plugging the modem (thompson speedtouch) in sometimes works....
Any suggestions ???

I have been with Orange for years with no problems but have noticed lately it does freeze sometimes, also when accessing e-mails it occasionally doesnt recognise my e-mail adress or password. the only way I have found to cure it is to log off and back on again and it seems to be ok.
