I keep getting this when I boot up my computer,can anyone tell me whats wrong and how do I overcome it. Error in C;\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LX

Lexmark printer?

If so, reinstall the drivers.

Apart from brand of printer :)

But reinstall printer drivers seems to be a common theme here.

Yes it is Lexmark,how do I re install drivers,its quite a long time since I installed it.

Damn it :)

Use the disk that came with the printer, or if you can't find that then goto the link below, choose your printer model and download the driver file and the run it to install it.
