I have a Nokia 5230 phone and cannot find how to delete the whole contents of my inbox or outbox like I could with my old Nokia. Also if someone sends me a text message with an attachment, why won't my phone open the attachment. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

not sure as mine isn't the same model but i go into messages, options, mark all then options delete again (or just hit the bin symbol)
