Can anyone know what Internet Security Software is best with Google Chrome ?
AVG Internet Security 9.0 seems to need either MS Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox !

No it doesn't

It comes with plugins for those browsers but they are not essential (in fact I wouldn't install the plugins as I find them annoying). The base security features will work with any package regardless of your browser of choice.

MSE or Comodo internet security are about the best two free ones about at the moment.

Use Avast Antivirus it has just been upgraded and works really well it is free with a 12 month registration
