Facebook app for sony ericsson C905 mobile..

Hello, I used to have a facebook app on my sony ericsson C905 which showed realtime updates to statuses scrolling across the home screen and just stayed on unless you turned the app off. It also enabled me to upload pictures on my phone straight to facebook using just wifi/mobile web. Recently it went wrong and getting it fixed involved wiping the phone of everything on it, so no more app. Trying to find it again but can't seem to anywhere so I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction? Can't upload via MMS at the mo as I've got no credit, just free texts and internet! Also the app just made it so much easier! Any help would be appreciated, thanks =]
