Blocked Google by accident.Help.

Either me or my OH has inadvertently blocked access to Google Chrome so everytime I click on my desktop shortcuts it says access denied. Can anyone tell me,in very simple terms,how to unblock it? Thanks if you can advise.

I have re installed it Everhelpful but still no joy when I click on desktop icons. I have no idea what you mean by 'run as administrator' Mantessa,sorry. I'll explain more...when I click on the shortcut for Answerbank.I get 'This webpage is not available' when I click on more information,this appears
Error10 (net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED) :Unknown error
Any simply explained advice would be much appreciated.
