Help with converting Excel data to make an event programme

Hi. I need to make an event programme using numbered data entries from an Excel spreadsheet. There are about 300 rows across and seven columns down the page. The data is easy enough to copy and paste into an A4 word document, but my problem is trying to then prepare it into a uniform style for an A5 programme booklet which can be printed off and will show concurrently numbered entries on each page. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated as I'm stuck and really need this information tonight as have to do it tomorrow!! Many thanks.
prev When I open My Documents, I only see Folders - the files that were never in folders no longer appear. How can I get to display them again?
