Outlook 2007 File corruption?

I have Outlook 2007. Everytime I shut it down I get two warning messages that 'a message has been changed do I want to save it?' The messages haven't been access by me. It's always a random couple.

It's up to date as I subscribe to MS Out look updates. I've run 'Rapair' from the Installation CD. I run Norton Internet Security regularly.

Any ideas?

Many thanks

what sort of service is outlook using, POP3, IMAP, or Exchange?

POP3 is the harder one as you'll need to backup the mailstore file (the PST file) yourself, if it's that post back.

For the other two go to mail in control panel, delete the profile, then create another profile and enter your settings the same as you did when first setup and as both ways are server based it will all come back as it was.

Accidentally fixed this morning with an error message complaining about Ad-Aware Junk Email program. Both AdAware and Norton Internet Secuity were monitoring the e-mails and were going head to head.

Removed AdAware (as Norton IS does it now there's no real loss) and did a 'Repair' option for 'MS Outlook Connect' and 'MS Outlook'.

Seems to have fixed the problem.
