I receive emails with hugh font size 12mm in height which means I have to open up the window for more comfortable viewing. How can I reduce it in size ?
I know the font size is controlled by the sender but that doesn't help me on the receiving end. I frequently want to forward them on to friends and would like to reduce the font size before I do so .

In Outlook Express, when reading the incoming mail, go to VIEW - TEXT SIZE and select the size you want. ie. largest, larger, medium, smaller, small.
When wanting to alter the text size when printing the e-mail go to Internet Explorer and alter the size there, under VIEW.
Hope this helps.

Thanks what you say works on ordinary emails but not on these particular ones. I wonder if they are picture inserts.
Have you tried printing them out and then scanning them using OCR so that they can be printed into a word processor? You could then make them what ever size font you wish before you send them on to someone else as a .DOC file.
Alternatively, ask the person who sends them what they are doing to make them so big?
