How to fix matsui dishwasher?

My matsui dishwasher is broken. the bottom bit that spins has come off and wont go back on. ever since i bought it the bottom bit has come off when the dishwasher is on a cycle. any advice would be greatly appreciated!

because iv never had a dishwasher before and didnt realise that it was that much of a problem until my flatmate moved in and pointed it out to me.

You thought that the bottom bit coming off was a design feature?

I've never owned an aeroplane but if its wing dropped off, I'd soon take it back.
