After a paper jam the printer refuses to function? The cartridge carraige is firmly locked to the right and the message from the diagnostics is 'remove paper jam or foreign body', the problem still persists and I can't remove the general error message...

Did you get all the jammed paper out?

Any pieces left in will cause the printer to jam.
