web history showing up thats not visited?

Only me and one other person use my computer. I looked under this history to look for a site today, and i found like 200 porn sites that had been visited. I asked this other person and they say they only got on limewire today? Is there anyway that these sites could have showed up and they werent actually visited?

Maybe, maybe not.

I assume you're referring to the History pull-down menu in your web browser. If so, this has nothing to do with LimeWire, which uses the internet in a different way. And if someone had piggybacked into your internet connection, then the pages they looked at would appear in the history of the hacker's computer, not yours. The only possibility I can think of is that you might have picked up a virus of some kind. I'd run a virus check, if you can.

Web sites (porn or not) dont just "appear" in your web history.
