Have just bought this printer, but am immediately having problems in that i tell it to print one copy, but it insists on printing 3, 4 or 5 (even more) before it stops. I've used the HP online web chat help line and all they could come up with was that it was a Word problem. I refute that 'cos my Epson R245 never had a problem like this. I almost think that I already should take it back from whence it came (on monday of this week). Any ideas? Further problems have presented themselves in that having changed a number of settings as advised by HP, I am now getting 'not responding' problems on my word 2000 which i didnt get, and i am having difficulty in deleting unprinted files from the print progress page. the only way to clear this is to turn the whole thing off and start again!
