The mobile phone signal where I live has weakened to a point I am unable to make calls. The provider reports no problems, I have tried out friends phones with the same provider and again their phones have not worked. I am going to go back to my provider but am interested to know of other peoples experience. Unfortunately, my contract has another 10 months to run although I am more than happy with staying with current provider.

Hi Mrs __Pegasus. You should write in to your network provider and if possible take a number of photographs of the phone screen to show them that the signal strength is too low. Request the contract to be terminated or your line rental reduced because you are now receiving an inferior service. Good luck.
Top Tip: Do not waste your time calling in to the call centres because the staff simply hide behind company policy and have no discretion to make a decision.
Do you live below a hill or in a valley. This happens in a valley area near me.

Tamborine, nothing has changed with regards the physical surroundings. When I moved here I had a good strong signal but now its weakened to the point there are only certain parts of the house I can receive/make a call.
