I used to play on an arcade game as a youth but never knew the name of it as it was all in Japanese.  It was a platform game.  Memories are hazy but you guided a boy through various fantasy levels, shooting at monsters as you went.  Your weapon was a little flame which shot out. You could power up the flame by buying things at the shop.  You gathered bags and chests of money.  It started off in a forest and I remember you had to jump across some ropes at one point on level 1.  My only other memory is that at one point, there were some heavy machinery presses which hissed steam.  This is really sketchy I know but does anyone have any ideas?  The arcade machine had BAS written on it which is what we called it in the absence of a proper name!
