Looks like its been specifically drawn to me (the lower case 'd')... some of the characteristics of Futura in there... horizontally stretched...

It's almost Century Gothic but the "d" and "m" have been smoothed out and the whole this reduced vertically by about 80%.

You could certainly copy this logo with Century Gothic with simple tweaking in Adobe Illustrator.
