Anyone use a FreeSat box?

Can you recommend one?

Is there one I should avoid?

Hi gromit,
I can recommend humax, just connect to sky dish and follow onscreen set up.If you live in N ireland I believe you need to use english postcode otherwise no itv hd,piece of cake. use hdmi connector
i would suggest grunding GUFsat01 ,its costing is also less in comparison to the others.

it has the same features as all have satup box have.

connect it to the tv directly and use it.
Someone is missing an important point here!

The Grundig is only standard definition, whereas the Humax is HD - hence the differnce in price (HD used to be 149.99).

If you have an LCD HD ready TV, go for the Humax - you won't regret it (unless you want to splash out for Humax's Freesat HD recorder box at nearly 300 - we did and don't regret it (until Panasonic bring out something better!)).

Many thanks to you all.

Thanks wideboy, fortunately I got the Humax (non recordable), but I am very happy with it.
