help accessing scrabble game appreciated

I play Scrabble type games online at lexulous.,com�or I used to.


Recently I've got message when attempting to entering games rooms which states following:-

" If you are using a wireless internet connection or on a network then you need to enable the TCP PORTS 24000-24100 in order to play."

I do not use wireless, nor am I on a network. I am a home user.

Can anybody help me get back online. My operating system is Apple Mac 10.4 Tiger and my router model is Netopia. I have tried connecting through browsers Firefox and Safari but failed each time.


Any help appreciated. I am not a techhie as you can guess!

I play both Wordscraper and Lexulous on Face Book - have 30 games going - but still miss the rush from playing games LIVE on lexulous.com....which games I usually play across continents...

If you connect to the internet via a router, then you are on a network.

in the support option look for port forwarding or open ports ...
