I am having trouble getting my windows internet explorer to work this is the first time for three days anything has happened .Any suggestions please

If you contact your ISP and explain it to them they will direct you.

What exactly is the problem?

I can't google anything and this is the first time I have been able to get to questions and answers for about 3 days .It says connecting but the green bar at the bottom only goes half way and then nothing happens

It could be your firewall.

Try downloading Firefox and using that instead of IE

http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/

Hopefully it will enable you to use the internet while your IE problem is sorted
